Pregnant woman survives after birthmark EXPLODED and doctors found three deadly tumours behind it

A mother whose birthmark exploded whilst she was carrying her son has described how doctors found three deadly tumours hiding behind it.Sam Davies, 31, said her birthmark would always become itchy and raised when she was pregnant, and it even became a sure sign that told her she was carrying a child.
But on her fifth pregnancy, it began to swell and pulse, and she was eventually rushed to hospitalwhen it exploded, splitting the front of her forehead open.

Mum-of-five Sam Davies, had lived with the blemish on her forehead for all her life.And despite being bullied about the mark by school mates who called her "the unicorn" she thought nothing more of it.
However, after the blemish burst, the 31-year-old discovered what three tumours underneath.

During her first four pregnancies Sam said her birthmark would flare up.However, Sam said when she was expecting a son, the bump on her skin “went out of control”.
She told The Sun: “As my bump grew, the birthmark grew too. It was like a monster. My doctors believe that the male hormones from carrying a boy were the trigger."
Doctors realised that the raised birthmark was actually the tip of numerous tumours, and found some cancerous cells, so did emergency surgery to remove them. Mrs Davies is now on the road to recovery and isenjoying spending time with the son she longed for after having four daughters, but was shaken by the experience
